Two years ago I started a new lifestyle and the food I cook nowadays is a part of it. During my twenties, I put on a lot of weight and despite every effort, I could not lose any.
Two years behind I discovered a YouTube channel with free workouts and I decided to give it a try. I used to move a lot when I was in elementary school but, after finishing it I stopped doing anything. Sydney, who runs this channel also had a Facebook group and I signed up for it. In this group, I have learned a lot about healthy food, nutrition, macro, etc.
The most important steps for me were to count and log the carbs, protein, and fat of the food I consumed during the day. This was a game-changer for me.
