Chicken breast with avocado salad

The fantastic ingredients in this salad create a delicious, subtle dish that packs nutrients in every bite. Much healthier than its red counterpart, the white meat is grilled, rubbed with just a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and some balsamic vinegar. Together they provide Italian flair. When you put the rest of the ingredients in the bowl, you’ll get the aromatic scent of freshly grilled, lean chicken with balsamic vinegar and avocado.


  • 500 g chicken fillet
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 avocados, peeled and sliced
  • half red onion, peeled and sliced
  • 500g lettuce green salad

Preparation method

Rub the chicken with half the olive oil, half the salt and all the pepper. Grill the chicken on a medium-high grill on both sides. In a large bowl, combine the salad, red onion, avocados, the rest of the olive oil, salt and balsamic vinegar. Enjoy your meal!
