Stir Fry Shrimp with Vegetable

You could judge me, but I could eat stir fry shrimp every single night. I make stir fry in a wok over very high heat. I love that it’s so simple to throw together meal, yet it is full of so much flavor. You can use whatever vegetable you like, it’s perfectly customizable! In this one, I used courgette, carrot, and spinach, and some garlic and lemon to season it. I love shrimp because of its taste, but I also like the fact that it is quite low in calories. Approximately 90% of the calories in shrimp come from protein, and does not contain any carbs.
