Seaweed salad with salmon is a healthy lunch rich in vitamins. Especially in the winter period, I eat a salad even more often as a lunch, side, or main course. Seaweed is the perfect iodine source if you no longer eat bread. Salmon provides good fats and the egg provides extra protein. I never get bored with a good salad.
Seaweed is rich in vitamins A, B, C, calcium, magnesium, zinc, iodine, and fiber. Moreover, it stimulates your fat burning! So just eat a portion of seaweed once a week 😉
For 2 people you will need:
- smoked salmon 300 grams
- 1 pepper
- 1 box of seaweed salad
- 2 eggs
- 1 bag of mixed salad
- sesame oil
- lime juice
- soy sauce
And this is how you make this seaweed salad with salmon:
First, shake the sesame oil, lime juice, and soya sauce together with the seaweed salad in a jar with a lid. Cut the pepper into thin rings and spoon it together with the seaweed and the lettuce. Boil one egg for each person. Mix the dressing through the mixed salad and arrange the salmon and the boiled egg on the top. Bon apetit, it’s already done!
