Easy grilled shrimp kabobs, tossed up in a marinade with garlic and soy sauce, then quickly grilled for the perfect dinner or appetizer.
I served it with very young fresh fava beans and roasted bell pepper.
The cooking time of fava beans is about 10-15 minutes depending on the size; very young and fresh broad beans 6-7 minutes. Boil them in just enough water to cover them and without salt, as that makes the skins stiff.
