Green smoothie spinach, mango, you might think based on the color, I will skip this one, but don’t let this stop you. This green smoothie spinach, mango is sweet, full of flavor, and delicious. A really nice vitamin boost!
I am increasingly trying to include more vegetables in all meals during the day. Especially since I am on this lifestyle journey I try to pay close attention to what I eat.
What you need:
150 ml of coconut water
100 grams of mango (possibly frozen)
50 grams of yogurt
2 handfuls of spinach (fresh)
Preparation:
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until a glass.
Serve the smoothie into a nice glass and… Cheers!
Tip:
If you use frozen fruit and less water than it is like ice cream.
