This is our adventure in starting with astrophotography. We are full of plans to travel all around the world to take wonderful pictures of faraway cities, landscapes, and skies. Maybe one day. But for now, we are just (mostly) stuck in our home town in Hoogeveen, The Netherlands. But at least we have all the time to get started, and there is a lot to learn…
The highway A28 leaves our town in the direction of Groningen to the North, i.e. in the direction of the Pole Star (Polaris, alpha Ursa Minor or α UMi for the astronomer). So let the journey to the stars begin!
